Shipping, Returns & Wholesale
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Pieces By Deveraux currently ships within the United States only. A flat shipping fee of $10 is added at checkout. Estimated delivery information and available tracking details will be provided with your order. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your purchase.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition. Please contact piecesbydeveraux@yahoo.com before returning an item so we can provide instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
Pieces By Deveraux is not accepting wholesale orders at this time. Any future wholesale opportunities will be announced through our website and subscriber updates.
